Gucci: Staying Relevant in Luxury is a mock marketing case study analyzing Gucci's consumer segmentation and customer lifetime value (CLV). The project evaluated four customer segments using estimated average order value (AOV), purchase frequency, and promotional costs to calculate CLV, ultimately identifying opportunities to optimize marketing investment and strengthen long-term profitability.

LEGO DreamZzz is a mock product marketing and business strategy case study evaluating LEGO's launch of its original DreamZzz franchise using the Stage-Gate Framework. The project analyzed product development, commercialization, brand equity, and ROI by comparing DreamZzz with LEGO's licensed franchises, resulting in an estimated 150% ROI, $750M brand equity, and stronger long-term profitability through owned intellectual property.

State Farm

State Farm: March Madness Campaign Analysis is a mock marketing strategy case study evaluating State Farm's decision to replace its Super Bowl campaign with a multi-platform March Madness campaign. Using campaign performance metrics, media cost analysis, SWOT evaluation, and CPM calculations, the project assessed campaign efficiency and developed strategic recommendations to maximize reach while reducing advertising costs.
